Crock Pot Friday

I love Fridays. Not because my work week is over, because it's not, but because of lunch.
Friday means lunch on the balcony of TurnRow Books, my happiest spot in town, with two of my favorite and most inspiring women. I look forward to this all week. I feel like I can conquor the world after Friday lunch.

But now I feel like I need a nap because today was Crock Pot Friday....

Crock Pot Cuban Sandwiches to be precise.

With a side of potato salad.

And a beer Diet Coke.
